Winter Season Prices 2021/2022
The price includes the final cleaning of the apartment and the weekly change of the bed-linen. The management considers your reservation definitively confirmed only after having received the deposit requested (30% to 50% of the total amount) that in case of cancellation, will not be returned. In case of delay of arrival or earlier leaving and in case of cancellation seven days before your arrival, we will charge the guests with the 100% of the price. On the day of departure, our guests are kindly requested to vacate the apartment before 10.00. Delayed check-outs are subject to payment.
Tourist tax not included in the prices. Children under the age of 14 are exempted from it.
Payment: 40% of the total amount has to be paid as a deposit at the moment of the reservation. The remanning balance is due at the arrival. For fiscal invoices please request it at your arrival, indicating the details for the invoice.
Pets are always welcome, and the price for their stay is 15 euro a day
