Winter Season Prices 2019/2020
The price includes the final cleaning of the apartment and the weekly change of the bed-linen. The management considers your reservation definitively confirmed only after having received the deposit requested (30% to 50% of the total amount) that in case of cancellation, will not be returned. In case of delay of arrival or earlier leaving and in case of cancellation seven days before your arrival, we will charge the guests with the 100% of the price. On the day of departure, our guests are kindly requested to vacate the apartment before 10.00
Tourist tax not included in the prices. Children under the age of 14 are exempted from it.
Pets are always welcome, and the price for their stay is 10 euro a day
Covid-19 Emergency: we are giving more time to our guests to make the deposits for their winter bookings*. In case of a National Lockdown in Italy or closure of Italian borders, we will return the deposits without any penalties.
With the flexible rate, guests can cancel their reservation for free up to 30 days before the check-in.
